Yoga can be cardio; some varieties are very intense, and focus on flows that keep your body moving. It's not going to be high calorie burn, but it can indeed be cardio. :)

I'm really looking for some help here. I read online that the sparkpeople jump start vid is supposed to be fairly low impact...does anyone here own it or know it it's good?

Pilates and yoga are not cardio.

I recommend trying the Walk Away the Pounds videos. They are low impact and pretty gentle. Also, they have no complicated choreography.

I do DDP Yoga, which is targeted a great deal towards people with limited mobility, as well as people of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes. The instructor provides step-by-step modification for those who can't do everything out of the box, and it's ZERO impact. NO jumping at all.

Being almost 300 lbs it's hard on my ankles jumping around. Does anyone know of any good cardio vids that still get your heart rate up but don't jump around as much? A friend recommended Pilates, any recs for that? I want to do cardio 2-3 times a week and I'm fine with other forms of exercise, it's just getting into the cold, wet months so I don't want an excuse to stop exercising. Thanks a bunch!
