I've been a sparkspeople member for a couple of years now but I kind of was an on again off again member. I would take it seriously for a couple of weeks but when I didn't see results I went back into my old habits.
Although I would do my tracking on sparkspeople, I didn't really reach out to anyone on this site. I think this was the reason why I had a really hard time staying motivated. So this time around I'm putting in the effort to the community pages. So far it has been working really good!
I love seeing all the comments and all the support everyone gives each other. It's a great feeling to know that I'm not in this alone and that I'm not going through all of this alone.
