Good news is that I cooked/prepared my dinner for work one day out of two 12 hours shifts I worked. Bad news is the other day I ate fast food and not healthy choices either.

The bad news is I'm only losing 1/2 pound a week! The good news is at least I'm losing 1/2 pound a week!

The only "diet" that works is consistency!
