I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

It's a new day ! I joined last month, and was walking/biking but now I am doing Turbo Jam with a 10 minute rest then straight into 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels. Last night I started Couch to 5 K. I hated it...until I was done (: I really hope that I can stick to my goals.
As for introductions, I am 32 ,married, with 5 beautiful children. emoticon Thre girls and two boys ages, 14 (this month), 12, 8, 5 ( this month), and 2 ( last week (:) .
I love a huge plethora of music, and gardening. I live in North Carolina, I love UNC ♡Go Tarheels♡
Anything you wanna ask...I'm an open book.
