This was the end of week one for not only my diet (I lost my first 5 lbs woohoo!) but also for my 10 yr old son with bipopolar and ODD trying out Lexapro. I'm so happy to say that my child is acting more like MY CHILD instead of the angry, depressed young man I've seen so often over the past 2 years. I got hugs from him, I even got a kiss, and he laughed more than I've seen in a long time. He still had a few meltdowns, but not like he was before. I'm just continuing to pray that this stuff continues to help him. The better he feels, the better I'll feel, which means the less stress I'll have, and easier time I'll have losing weight, I HOPE! I'll keep my fingers crossed!
Summer produce is overflowing--and cheap! Whether you grow it or buy it, it's easy to preserve your food so that you can save money and eat better long after the harvest is over.
