Thanks. And yes, I knew at the time that my health was important -- but I could not bring myself to cook and even meal planning was simply beyond my mental capacity. I would go from not really eating anything one day to just eating whatever I could find the next.
Our first attempt at actually cooking at home left me in tears.
But I'm at a much better place now mentally, which allows for coming to a better place physically. Funny how sometimes you just can't do both at once. It is 2 p.m. now, and it looks like I'm on track for another good day! Trying to boost the protein for the week to balance my continued blood loss.

I've been going through an insanely long miscarriage and gained 10 pounds (hoping some is just retention!) in the process. Today was the start of return to health for me. I ate in my calorie range and hit all the ranges for the nutrients I'm tracking. Hope to lose the 10 pounds and a few more before trying to conceive again (at this point it is at least 2.5 months before we're allowed to try again).
