Are you losing weight? Then you're doing fine. There's nothing wrong with carbs. They have loads of nutrition. Fruits and vegetables, whole grains, dairy - all are loaded with carbs, and loaded with nutrition. If you're losing weight, you're doing fine, and you don't need to change anything.
If you aren't losing weight, then look at your calories.

I find that my diet is almost always high in carbs .. I;m eating "good" carbs .. like fruit, nuts, brown rice .. so should I change this or is it fine to help me lose weight?
