It would be using/pushing a cart for your clubs while walking. You would not really be getting "exercise" if you are using a cart to get between holes and simply swinging a few times.

I walk my golf course for exercise, this site has two options for that, 1. Carrying your Clubs and 2. Using a cart. I am unsure if using a cart means a cart you push or pull or a cart you ride in. Any thoughts?
