Sometimes it's just about eating less of what you like. Unfortunately you probably can only lose 6-10 lbs between now & the wedding, but maybe it's good motivation for you. Anyone who would comment on you gaining weight though is ultimately a jerk. Good Luck!

What is your Spark-generated calorie range?

I am going to a best friends wedding end of August and I havent seen many of those people since highschool...ten years ago and 50 lbs lighter....I dont want everyone looking at me and saying "oh shes gained some weight!" but I cant seem to find good snacks and meals to eat cause I am pretty picky!!
