Awesome job! That's going from virtually no exercise to an awful lot, very enthusiastic of you, now wonder you are seeing results!

I have been exercising for 3 weeks now. I am dedicated to creating a new me. I am starting to feel guilty now when I do not exercise. I do take Sundays off from working out. I need to have one day to rest. I am doing TurboFire M-Sat and Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 on Tues, Thurs, & Saturday. I have lost 5 pounds and 5% body fat.
