10 pounds in 3 weeks is 3.3 pounds a week..not dangerous. I would step up the workouts and be careful with what i eat. and be glad if you lose 5 instead of ten!!

Anyone have any suggestions for losing 10 pounds in 3 weeks? I know you are not supposed to lose fast but I really would feel so much better going on this trip a size smaller :) .
