I was invited to an event which I have to go up a short slope to enjoy some company and refreshments........ I have never been on this mountain before, so not sure what to expect, but I know personally from just plain walking on level ground, that I will need to take my time. I am planning in my mind to resist a lot of junk food and make sure I portion what I eat, so that I may/WILL feel good about myself later!! I haven't been good to myself lately, indulging more and exercising less, so I know that is why I haven't lost any weight...........Time to get serious! I am happy for the support here at SP and hope to use it more often when I need it! Any comments, posts, are helpful, THANKS!
