Ever since I started tracking my calorie intake, I've been reading more labels. I find myself amazed at how much calories some foods have. What also amazes me out is that some containers or packages have more than one serving in them which is crazy because most of the time everyone eats the whole amount in the container or package and not what one serving is.
I find myself disgusted and appalled at how much we eat. I feel like I'm getting frustrated at tracking my calories but know I should keep going. Do you have any advice or words of encouragement for me? I need some help and guidance with this.
