One thing I have learned since I have started eating better and exercising is that I have to set a goal that in individualized to ME not the athlete I see on T.V. .... I have to choose goals that are obtainable for me. I set several small goals so that I can see my progress. I might not be hitting the 50 pounds of burned fat mark but I drank 8 glasses of water and I worked out for 10 min. GOOD JOB
