how about an exercise goal-- push ups, crunches, pull up?

I write down my weekly and daily goals in my food log daily. I have been doing eat more fruits and veggies and drink 8 glasses of water a day. I need new weekly and daily goals. My long term goal is to lose 50 pounds. Do you have any suggestions?
