My goal is to relieve some of the nerve pain I live with after a herniated disk damaged my sciatic nerve. I am hoping post-surgery that the PT exercises will loosen that damaged nerve so my right leg doesn't ache so much all the time. Maybe I'll get feeling back in my foot too--that would be awesome!

Either way--I'll continue walking everyday....keeps me strong! :)

My main goal is to run 600 miles this year. I did my 300 last year and now I want more. I also hope to run the Tulsa Run 10K this October.
