The site automatically calculates your nutrition and fitness goals based on your weight goal, so you don't need to do that.

Sorry, I'm new to the site and this might sound really stupid... but when you have given your weight loss goal, you know the main one at the beginning (from.... kg to ...kg) are the daily/weekly goals already entered in your fitness and food trackers by the site specifically calculated so that you will reach your overall goal by the specified time? Or do you have to work that out yourself and are they just random?
