1. Maintain weight loss (something I've never done)
2. Get rid of stuff I/we no longer need
3. Get back to work at least on a P/T basis (I've been home with my youngest child)

1. Keep focusing on vegetables for 2 meals a day. (Dr. Fuhrman-Eat for Health)
2. Keep doing water aerobics and water zumba at least 3X/week.
3. Keep writing my Weekly Update Blog to maintain my good intentions through 2013.

1. Achieve at least 1,000 fitness minutes each month.
2. Go to yoga class at least 2 x week.
3. Add strength training
4. Get my 5-7 fruits and veggies a day.
5. Achieve my goal weight by April 26, my 5 year wedding anniversary and fit back into my wedding dress.

I definitely plan to tighten up my time frames on a number of projects - get returns made within 10 days, finish home projects the same weekend I start them, put things on the calendar and then DO them!

My goal is to fit in 2 Zumba classes per week whenever at all possible, and to do a Walk Away the Pounds video 2 other days of those weeks. No weight goal, I just want to look a certain way!

My goals are to lose 165 pounds ! I know that won't
all happen in 2013, but I plan on getting a good start on it. My other goal are to get rid of my all or nothing attitude, seeing as it's not worked for me yet! I'm 46 years old, extremely overweight, this is my year to get healthier and start living my best life, not trying to live a perfect life of all or nothing.

I'm with MARELSUE1... Work on overcoming bad habits, and work on will power. Plus lose the 7 lbs I've gained since Thanksgiving. I hate the food's and baking the holiday's bring.

My fitness goals are to hit my goal weight (125) and have 10,000 fitness minutes in 2013.

My non-fitness goal is to continue through the list of "Must Read" books I have created for myself over the years. I am going to try to read 30 of them in 2013. (I never complete this list entirely because I am always adding more!)

I'd like to buy a pair of running shoes and start walk/jog interval 5K training. My goal is to walk/jog at least (3) 5K races.

You know, usually I make resolutions and never follow through and I think it's because I don't really sit down and think about what I really want to accomplish. I am going to thoughtfully attack this issue this year and come up with goals that I really want AND figure out how I plan to get them. Haven't done it yet but will be doing so when I get back from vacation later in the week.

By the end of 2013 I want to be 12lbs lighter than I am now - in other words, go from 9st 12lbs to 9 st exactly. My weight loss has been significant, but slow, and I'm managing to keep it off, so I'm giving myself a nice long time to lose this weight.

Particularly on my mind now is to maintain my goal weight. It has been a wonderful and successful journey on Spark People. I never maintained my weight in the past. My goal is to maintain where I'm at. I will need to keep with my exercise. Another is to downsize all my belongings.

My goals I'm setting to be completed by Jan 1, 2013 is to be under 160lbs and to have given up pop. With 8 days left in the year it would give me a head start for 2013. Let's see if I can do it???!!! emoticon
