GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? By not eating added sugar, using Omega3s, base meals on veggies, water aerobics at least 3X week and using NuStep when I can't get to the pool.

My goals are to lose 165 pounds ! I know that won't all happen in 2013, but I plan on getting a good start on it. My other goal are to get rid of my all or nothing attitude, seeing as it's not worked for me yet! I'm 46 years old, extremely overweight, this is my year to get healthier and start living my best life, not trying to live a perfect life of all or nothing.

My fitness goals are to hit my goal weight (125) and have 10,000 fitness minutes in 2013.
My non-fitness goal is to continue through the list of "Must Read" books I have created for myself over the years. I am going to try to read 30 of them in 2013. (I never complete this list entirely because I am always adding more!)
My goals are to get more organized and get rid of some of the excess junk I have. I would also love to be more consistent in my eating and working out and to work on getting out of debt ~ I'm hopeful.
What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.

I am going to thoughtfully attack this issue this year and come up with goals that I really want AND figure out how I plan to get them. Haven't done it yet but will be doing so when I get back from vacation later in the week.

My goal for 2013 is to be done losing weight and then to learn how to maintain the weight loss.

Particularly on my mind now is to maintain my goal weight. It has been a wonderful and successful journey on Spark People. I never maintained my weight in the past. My goal is to maintain where I'm at. I will need to keep with my exercise. Another is to downsize all my belongings.

I was able to maintain my weight for several months, but now I have to get serious again as much of my hard work I let go of, putting my focus on another issue.
