I surpassed my goal and I have lost 11.3% bodyfat and 61 pounds since October! I lost my fitbit today so I'm going crazy! I need more clothes because I dropped 6 sizes and I was in grade school the last time I was at this weight! emoticon

Almost there - just knocking at the door. How about trying to increase your protein a bit, and decreasing your calories just a bit each day (50-100 calories). Best wishes!

So nearly at my target weight just 4 more pounds to go, but HOW to shift them? been stuck for weeks and it just spoils the success, any ideas?
