I have been going back and forth for some time, but I think I should try to relax and just give myself a fleeting pat on the back for achieving my goal weight of 90 lbs (4'10...don't worry!)

I started this journey at around 115. I've made a lot of healthy lifestyle changes (including upping my exercise from nothing to 5-6 days a week, and completely cutting out sugary beverages)

Some people on Spark felt my goal weight was too low, and this concerned me for a while. I don't want to look or feel bad! I've made several posts about it, but I've come to the conclusion that my changes are healthy and my body looks and feels better than it ever has. Every body is unique, and I'm really proud of myself for how far I've come!

Thanks to everyone for the support and even the critique! You've given me a lot of great advice, ideas, and suggestions.

I will continue my HEALTH journey knowing I can achieve my goals. My weight is where I want it to be, and the next stop in this adventure will be running a 5k!
