Oh, yeah! Excellent progress! I like the 10% process and am working on my fourth 10% currently. I also have found that rewards are very helpful in the process! You keep on Sparking!

A little less than two months ago I weighed in at 246 lbs, and now, 25 lbs later, I've lost 10% of my body weight! 221 lbs! It's been so long since I've been this size! A lot of my clothes have become much much bigger on me, and I'm feeling happier and have more energy!!
My reward for myself: a (practically) brand-new food processor that I found at a garage sale for $5!!
Next stop: 200 lbs!
