SONEALE, what that time span tells me (Jan. 2010 to Sept. 2012) is that you have been VERY successful. How many people can say that they have consistently lost weight over time. Very few! I'm not telling you to lose more weight, I'm just telling what I did when I hit goal: When I hit my goal (right around 140), I decided to keep going until I hit a number in the 120s. I've been at 128 since Feb. Sparkpeople makes life so wonderful.
Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will". You are now ready to succeed. Let's go.

Thank God for all His blessings to me!
Today I stepped on the scale and it said 140 lbs.
From 178 in January 2010 to 140 in September 2012.
I know that might seem like an awfully long time to lose 38 lbs. I see some of you here lose that in 3 or 4 months.
But despite the PCOS and other challenges I'm here. I am finally here.
I'm going to try and lose another 5 lbs so my BMI will be closer to healthy but I feel fantastic and I look fantastic.
Thank you all for being with me through this journey and as it continues.
