You can try searching in the nutrition database to see if there is anything close to what you have.

Hi Everyone,

I am celiac and can only eat gluten free foods, which are loaded for the most part with sugar and I do not know the calories of everything as I buy them from a gluten free bakery and they do not have the calorie, fat count, etc. Not sure how to gage the values, etc. Any suggestions?
