I love their recipes. These are dairy free and either GF, or easy to make GF (GF bread, a baked potato or portabella).

Height: 5' 11"
Starting weight: 228
Ultimate goal: 180-170

Currently working and going to grad school. Given my stress level and time constraints (and with my doctor's blessing), I'm not trying to lose a lot of weight, just be healthy and not gain. Once I get my degree I'll pick things up again.

My favorite cookbook is Great Gluten Free Vega Eats by Allyson Kramer, her recipes are also vegan so if that doesn't appeal to you they may seem a bit weird! The longer you are gluten free the easier it will become. It takes a while to get used to what you can and can't have.

Hi, I love the SparkPeople recipes and many I can use. Being on a gluten and dairy free diet per my doctor, am wondering if there are more recipes available that address these needs? Meanwhile, thank you to Chef Meg for the many easy recipes she comes up with for us!
