I'm fairly new to this whole gluten thing, but I'm getting educated quickly. I'm switching a lot of foods to gluten-free. I did an allergy test, and while that came back negative, I still think I have a gluten sensitivity. There are so many food options out there right now for gluten-free eaters....it's wonderful! I am not really sure on the magnesium though....I've never really paid much attention to it. Maybe I should!
