Gluten Free Rice and Millet Muffins

1-cup millet flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4-cup rice flour
1 tsp baking soda
1-cup milk

Method:

Mix flours, baking soda, cream of tartar & salt in a bowl. Mix egg & milk then add dry ingredients. Fill greased muffin ¾ full & bake 350F for about 25 mins.
