Is there a way to make meal selections under Nutrition gluten free???? While it has always been known to help with IBS- there are studies now it may help with Arthritis. I have solved stomach problems my eating Acttivia yogurt and fruit every morning for breakfast. I have been gluten free almost a month (a month Saturday). Within 4 days I was able to stand up straighter. I have not weighed in but know I have lost- decided to wait the month. Losing weight is both primary and secondary. Appreciate any help anyone can give me- Thank U in advance.
