Three weeks ago I discovered I am gluten intolerant. Still learning how to deal with it, but feel so much better. I'm desparate for bread/cookie/cracker recipes. I don't like the store bought GF bread, so I've eliminated sandwiches from my meal planning. Sometimes I have lettuce wraps.

I'm gluten intolerant and I LOVE the recipes at Gluten-Free on a Shoestring (http://glutenfreeonashoestring.com/) and The Gluten-Free Goddess (http://glutenfreegoddess.blogspot.com/).

we are GF here too (lactose as well).. I recently joined GFcuisine.com... it's 10$/mt but every Thursday they have 7 meals (you chose 5 but could print out all 7) and it compiles a grocery list too! I've been using it for 3 weeks and love it... I typically use about 3 meal ideas a week... plus they are working on getting weight watchters PP points on each recipie (if you use that)... I really enjoy it!

That would be a GREAT option! I would LOVE to see that added to SparksPeople!

Its not an available option. You will have to sub in your own choices for things containing gluten.

Does any know how or if I can update my preferences so show that I am gluten free so that I will only get recipes and shopping list for gluten free meals?
