The suggested menus are garbage unless you honestly have no restrictions or finickiness. (What are you supposed to do with egg yolks? I guess it's either feed them to someone or make a cookie that only wants the yolk and feed the cookies to someone.)

The better option is to turn those off and either meal-plan with them or passively track until you know enough about your food to know in your head what you want to eat.

Yes, I think that is what I need to do. I just wondered if there was a gluten free plan. substituting takes so much time in the meal plans.

I am gluten intolerant also and I do not use the diet meal plans. You can sub brown rice and Quinoa pasta for any pasta listed. What are you having trouble substituting? I don't care for the food that is listed on the plans, so I do my own thing and measure and count calories.

I really need to go by the diet meal plans in this program, but I find myself spending way too much time trying to substitute so many foods. Does anyone have any suggestions?
