I have posted some recipes, take a look, maybe you will find something you like.

I have a question for you.

Do you find it hard to eat out? As a Gluten Free Vegetarian I haven't had luck finding places that will accommodate Gluten Free Vegetarian Dinners, mostly finding salad for about $10 dollars when they are asked to take the chicken or what have you off they don’t discount the price. When I have asked for kidney beans or avocado on the salad I have been charged for it.

My first suggestion would be joining one of the SparkTeams that specialize in celiac or gluten free. There are a couple of them. That would be a good place to start.

There is a website I like to use when I get a vegetable from my food co-op that I am not familiar with:

www.vegetariantimes.com/recipe/gluten-free
/

And this is a link provided by a co-worker of mine:

www.theglutenfreevegan.com/

Hope those help!

Hi Everyone,

I have coeliac disease, so cannot eat gluten, but I also recently decided to become vegetarian. Does anyone have any great gluten free, vegetarian batch cook recipes that I can freeze?...not asking for much here, am I ;)
I thought this would be the best place to ask.

Thank you!
