Ah, since the Metrecal days the only diet shakes I liked had been Elaine Powers' Shape and the Shaklee Slim Plan ... but I like these Glucerna shakes ...140 calories, and the scale tells me they are not lying. I was interested in this a few years ago. So as I usually do I went to the store and read the ingredients list.
If I remember right it had some form of sugar which I thought was weird. Another ingredient was biotin. After "googling" this I realized it was a B-vitamin. So now I take Biotin as a supplement. My doctor is aware of this. And I feel I am getting the benefits without the sugar.....also my hair and nails are nicer.
Just saying this is what I chose.
People! read the INGREDIENTS!
