Thank you for the Welcome Dianne- Just had my Femor Rod Removal and Hip Replacement Surgery April 16th. Ready to start running....just kidding. I am recovering nicely although still seem to want to rush my recovery. I just got rid of the cane two weeks ago and started to try walking in place for 15 minutes with Leslie Sansone Walking Video. Any encouragement would be appreciated....still want to get to 153 ....now at 163. Thanks to the Team here.
