Dear Spark People,

I am glad to be back on Spark People and starting fresh. I had fallen off the band wagon - again.

I need to take baby steps and need to give my encouragement and patience, knowing the weight won't drop off over night. Slow is the way to go!

The month of June my goal is to lose 3 pounds between know and the end of June. I need to exercise more.
