Hello, I am Trish mother of 4 and now grandmother of 2 and one on the way...First it was when the kids start school (I would take care of me) Than when their sports would end?? Than when they graduated Highschools?? Than, than than never came now I find myself doing the same for my new grandbabies. Well no more I decided to be able to appreciate them I MUST TAKE CARE OF ME...Need to loose 73 lbs, need to get active and need to NOT BE SO TIRED ALL THE TIME wish me luck I can do this :0
