Totally understand this. I'm 26, and just got engaged on Dec 26 2012...so I'm a "newbie engaged". :D I finally decided 2 days ago to work on not only my weight...but my health. I want to spend as many years as possible with my fiance, and I love him to death. Call me crazy, but even on day 3...I can feel "it" working.

I want a least 40 yrs with my soul mate. I have to get my health right for us, because he is in such great shape, And I know I need to keep up and be healthy not taken a bunch of pills and walking so much slower than him he can't benefit from are fun long walks we take. working on that NOW.
