There are so many great resources here! I highly recommend using the nutrition/food tracker, if you aren't already, because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. By tracking everything since May 2011 and using the other features here to keep myself focused, I lost 90 pounds and have maintained that loss for almost a year now. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

My name is Stephanie, but please call me Steph. I've been with spark since the end of January and so far I'm enjoying it. I hail from the Home of the Buckeyes, Ohio!.I'm 23 years old and I've worked for Wal*Mart in the Deli Department for the past 5 years. I"m currently going to school for my BA in Psychology with a minor in Forensics. I own 4 chinchillas who are like my kids. I have 3 females and 1 male. They are caged separately :), don't need anymore surprises. I'm on this site because I want to lose the weight I lost before, plus a little more. I know I'll never be a size 2 and I'm perfectly fine with that! I just want to be healthy and maybe I can set a good example for my parents and others. :)
