Did you try the teckie site for Spark?

You can actually turn off e-mails coming in.

In "My Trackers" above, click on "Start" ....... at the top on the left side, click on "Account / E-Mail Preferences" - half way down is "SparkPeople Alert Notifications?" Make sure that the box "No" is checked for allow e-mail alerts for trophies etc.

Then at the top of that page click on "Email" - make sure none of the boxes are checked. Make sure that you save the changes.

At the top of that page, click on "Community" - the second one down is "SparkTeams" - you can control what comes in from there, too.

I hope that this helps you do what you need to do!

I am frustrated enough about this site to NOT come back. I did not sign up for spammy emails yet I get them. I only come here to here to look for something. I have the site bookmarked and can easily find you when I need you. Or a different site. I do not like to be spammed.

I have a MAC, not a PC so email selections are is not where you claim they are for me.

SUGGESTION: Do what all other websites do. Put all preferences next to the My Account button after Log In. I can't waste my time trying to find where to turn OFF what I did not sign
up for. You I always UNCHECK the send me buttons, and check the do not send buttons. THANK YOU.
