That's one thing that irks me about the sparks menu... it doesn't make sense! You can follow the menu for one day but the next day you'd need completely different ingredients. I just stick to eating healthy and counting my calories as they come. You could always try following a menu plan from a healthy book or favourite website then logging those calories with sparkpeople. Best of luck in your journey! If you want this badly enough you'll work it out. :D

Hi there! I'd love to use the menu plan on this site! However, how can I go grocery shopping for 6 potato chips or just a 1/cup of fruit cocktail? This is my biggest challenge! How can I create a healthy menu where I can go grocery shopping just once a week and not waste any ingredients? Can you share best practices? I haven't been able to find information on the site yet. Thank you!!
