Sparking is all about creating healthier lifestyles and is not a quick fix. In fact, it's more of a journey than a destination. So take it slow making gradual changes, ones that are reasonable and sustainable for the long run - permanent changes that will lead to permanent results. Surveys have shown that participants in Message Boards lost more weight and stayed with their program longer than non-participants so come by as often as you can.
