Welcome to SparkPeople. This is a great place for inspiration and personal tracking of your habits. Just be honest with yourself when you enter your values on food intake, exercise, and weight tracking. Set a goal on your exercise. Last year I set a goal of 13,000 minutes and actually achieved 13,005. This year I upped the annie to 15,000 which translates to 1250 per month. Thus, every month I must get the 1000 minutes trophy. Maybe set something up similar for yourself. Let the SparkPeople trophies or other motivators be your inspiration too.
Good luck on your weight loss. BTW, throw away or donate your fat clothes when you out-shrink them.

Just starting with spark, I've always struggled with my weight and yo-yo dieting. I'll do good with healthy eating and exercise for a while and then I'll totally blow it. My main struggle seems to be with sweets and emotional eating. Need to find a new way to cope and would love to see lasting weight loss and overall well being.
