Just be honest with yourself when you enter your values on food intake, exercise, and weight tracking. Set a goal on your exercise. Last year I set a goal of 13,000 minutes and actually achieved 13,005. This year I upped the annie to 15,000 which translates to 1250 per month. Thus, every month I must get the 1000 minutes trophy. Maybe set something up similar for yourself. Let the SparkPeople trophies or other motivators be your inspiration too.
