I am new here and have so many food allergy's so i am also at a lost and overwhelmed. I guess we have to take it one day at a time :)

Hi, i just try focusing on one time at a time ant trying not to exceed my 1500cals a day. nothing is off limits but i try to eat a balanced diet. take care.

Just focus on the next few days at a time... Breakfast - try yogurts and oatmeal. Lunches - baked potatoes (skipping the butter and bacon). Dinners - grilled chicken, fish. You can do this... Plus the nutrition tracker will even suggest food if you want it to do that for you.
