You know what they say, if at first you don't succeed try, try again. I've been there, up and down yo-yo stuff. This time (since 2006) I've still had minor ups and downs but within "normal" range. I found that with every "diet" I learned something that helped. Now, I research everything often through Sparkpeople, I track everything, and plan everything. I also have learned not to throw in the towel every time I go a little bit, or a lot over, instead I just try, try again. If it works for me and thousands of others it will also work for you.
