You know what they say, if at first you don't succeed try, try again. I've been there, up and down yo-yo stuff. This time (since 2006) I've still had minor ups and downs but within "normal" range. I found that with every "diet" I learned something that helped. Now, I research everything often through Sparkpeople, I track everything, and plan everything. I also have learned not to throw in the towel every time I go a little bit, or a lot over, instead I just try, try again. If it works for me and thousands of others it will also work for you.

First let me say I'm glad I found this site! A few years ago I had lost 103 LBS (not a misprint 103 LBS!! LOL!!) well I was working out almost everyday going to Weight Watchers etc... The weight came off! Then life happened Corporate take over at work, lost job. Take new lower paying job can't afford gym and then I get hurt at work. I tore my Achilles Tendon!! Took about 11/2 years to come back where I felt comfortable with exercise. Needless to say I packed all the weight and then some back on... Not proud of it, not happy with myself but whats done is done! Joind Sparkpeople about three weeks ago and also joined a large corporate gym (Planent Fitness) because of cost! Loved gym I belonged to but I can't afford it right now. Hope to relose weight I put on but would be happy with anything on the Minus side of the equation! In the months to come I'm sure I will be taping this site for information!!
