I have a general question about workouts. I like cardo--aerobic workouts. I generally do stuff with my wii or PS to get in a good workout. Trouble is, I'm out of practice badly and I have to do a couple songs or so, and then rest for five mins or so before I can do anymore. I'm wondering if this will hinder things or make losing weight slower? Or maybe will I just gradually work up to not having rest periods? Anybody have similar experience?
