Hi! My name is Rosemary. I just turned 37 on Sunday, I am a mom of 2 and quit my full time job 3 years ago. I have seen my weight increase with each year I've been off work. I'm ready to take off the extra 20 lbs I have added! I have been tracking my food with Sparkpeople app for about a year off an on but I realized I need additional support.
