It does feel awesome to workout our bodies. My preference is doing my cardio outside. Today I put on my Kangoo Jump boots and took a brisk under a big beautiful blue sky. A gaggle of geese flew over in formation and the long views opened my perspectives, on many levels. Yes get your workout and enjoy the rewards it brings you.

After these holiday parties, it has been tough to get back to the gym. Today I am committed to hitting the gym after work. I will be leaving here in about 15 minutes. I know that after I finish my workout I will feel wonderful. And I am confident that I will shed a lot of this fluid retention from all the sodium intake. It helps to have others post to these forums to see that we all are in this together.
