My reason of staying motivated is having 2 heart attack's and saying to myself no more. During a cardiac catherization I woke up during procdure and said why is it so hot and Dr. said what are you doing up. That did it. Follow diet , exercise so I don't have to go through it again.

I have to thank all of you for your help and motivation. I guess I should tell you...I have learned from the past. I learned not to punish myself for things that happened in the past. I learned to keep going, and not to dwell on the things in the past. Thanks so much for the encouragement!!

I have a hard time staying with things lately, but I got up this morning ready to commit to doing what I know works. I think I just needed a break. However, I have watched my weight creep up, and that is depressing. I plan to ignore the past, and just start again. Here we go!
