I have no idea what to do with my cravings for sour patch kidz. hehe

lost my cravings for seafood, ESPECIALLY shrimp and sushi

gained a constant craving for clam chowder lol

its weird

and its just so hard trying to get back into good, cleaner eating

I craved Mexican food during my pregnancy, but that ended when my pregnancy ended.

I'm not sure why you are having cravings now? Usually, cravings are your body's way of communicating a nutritional need to you. For example, if you are craving chips, you might be lacking healthy fats.

I am trying VERY hard to get over a junk food addiction.

ideas?

Before my last pregnancy died, the only think that could help my nausea was diet soda and chips. yikes. getting over the pregnancy cravings is soooo hard. I still crave some of the things I craved and getting over it is much harder than its EVER been. Seriously.

ideas please?
