I don't like plain water so I cut lemons up and put a piece in each muffin tin, fill with water and freeze...pop them out and put them in a zip lock bag. They not only keep your water cold but also you have a nice refreshing lemon taste. I usually try and squeeze a bit of lemon in each muffin tin before freezing. Also, I drink through a straw. For some reason if I have a straw I seem to drink more!

I've always struggled with drinking water. I've tried drinking it at room temperature so that I can drink it faster but then I feel full and bloated. Or cold but then I drink it slow and I never can get in the full 8-8oz glasses. I've tried adding flavor but it's too sweet so it remains a struggle. With effort I can get in 6-8oz glasses but that's about it. emoticon

I drink 3-32oz cups of water a day. I keep them filled in the refrigerator, chilled and ready for use. I also keep bottled water in the car for any occasion while I'm out exercising, shopping or running errands. And I also drink 3 - 8oz cups of green tea with daily meals.

If i am out of the house I have special water bottle that is big enough for 32oz. Since it's there in the van with me it's habit to drink while driving or stopped at light.

My strategy is pretty much the same, though usually with a water bottle instead. Fill it up before work, try to keep it next to me at all times. Makes it pretty easy to stay hydrated.

My tip for making sure I get my water, I always have a full glass of water with me. My kids know to remind me to fill up when it's empty. I also enjoy water so that helps. I hardly ever drink soda now. And getting those 5 points helps too.
