I recommend reading "THE SUGAR FIX" by Richard Johnson MD as he explains Insulin Resistance/Metabolic Syndrome and I learned so much from him. He has lectures on YouTube.

Also, listen to William Davis MD on YouTube talk on "WHEAT BELLY". His book is very interesting. They have changed wheat now and it isn't what it use to be.

Thank you for the Kodo's, It is all new to me so it has changed my life in a big way but I think it will be better for my family also

I finely got my blood sugars down to a normal, since I have found out that I am a diabetic. Sometime see you hit a goal makes you feel good. I am keeping a positive attitude. I know I can do this. I just needed to know what was going on with my body
