I am getting married on August 7,2009. I gave birth in July 2007 and still am trying to shed the many pounds I gained. I gained A LOT. I currently am 180lbs and would like to lose 40 or 50 by my wedding day. I would love to join in on this challenge!!

I'm getting married August 8th too! My regular goal is to exercise 30 minutes each day and I just joined a gym in my area (Los Angeles). I'm very new to SparkPeople, so forgive me if I don't know how to join a "team"?

New Orleans Full: 2/2011

Also will be doing several small races here and there.....loooove the T-shirts!

Hi there! I would like to start a new spark team for those of us getting married in August, 2009. I would like our goals to be set on about 20-30 minutes of exercise per day, eating healthier, and just improving our outlook for our big day.
